MSR backpacking tents give you liveable shelter for hostile environments, with a lightweight freestanding design. They use light fabrics and poles, weight-saving but comfortable designs, and are versatile and adaptable to your situation.
Engineered for 3-season camping, the MSR Hubba Hubba NX is a backpacking tent for two with optimised, symmetrical geometry and a non-tapered floor that gives you the maximum space inside - you'll enjoy the full backpacking experience, including the time in your tent. Its clever precision-engineered features such as the StayDry™ doors and adaptable, cross-ventilating rainfly make it a very liveable shelter.
You can choose to use just the combination of elements that you need for your situation. Use just the rainfly and footprint to save carrying weight, or use just the mesh and footprint in warm summer conditions. Use all three components together in harsher weather.

Fantastic tent. Strange name.
Super lightweight. All fits into its own waterproof draw string bag which comes with compression straps. Nice drawstring bag for poles and another for pegs - keeps everything clean. Easy to erect and quite possible to fit outer first, then inner after. (see criticism of first review). Poles seem fragile, but are super strong. Tent breathes well, yet is not cool on windy nights. Very strong when staked down well. Recommended wild camp tent. Also recommend that you buy the optional footprint to protect the thin base against puncture from stones or sticks.

only draw back I have is its an inner pitch 1st when you line in Scotland & go camping it no good for the money you pay
Rock solid and lightweight
I purchased one of these tents last year for a backpacking trip across the Outer Hebrides. Hebridean weather is not always kind however, this tent stood up to utter howling gales (an off shore oil rig blew in that same night!). It's a really easy tent to pitch and take down as it only has one pole assembly, simply clip it all together. There are some really useful features too, you can enter from both sides, so as a couple you can have your own doors to use. I would recommend using a tarp with it too, purely for outdoor cooking in inclement weather.
I’ve done all sort wild camping Look at the hack on tube so easy to erect outer first with a foot print web . I made my own . Tough as any tent out there super light weight though the mesh = 3.5 seaon
